Padraic O'Connor is the Chairman of the Irish Stock Exchange plc. He is a non-executive director of Beazley plc, Rabobank in Ireland, JP Morgan Bank Dublin plc and a number of other companies. He was Managing Director of NCB Group between 1991 and 1999 prior to which he was Chief Economist at the firm. Before joining NCB, Mr O'Connor worked at the Department of Finance and the Central Bank of Ireland. He holds primary and postgraduate degrees in Economics from University College Dublin.

Mr. Michael C Bonello was Governor of the Central Bank of Malta from 1999 to 2011 where he was a member of the Governing and General Councils of the European Central Bank and was a member of the Board of Governors of the Malta Financial Services Authority (MFSA). Previous to his appointment as Governor, Mr Bonello was a senior official at the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development (UNCTAD) in Geneva and served in various capacities in this role, among them, Senior Economic Affairs Officer in the International Trade Division, Chief of the Policy Clearance Unit, Advisor in the Office of the Secretary-General and Executive Assistant to the Deputy Secretary-General. A graduate of language and economics at the University of Malta, he also has a degree in Philosophy, Politics and Economics from the University of Oxford and is a Fellow of the Institute of Financial Services.

Michael C Bonello

Dr. Fabrice Demarigny is a member of Mazars international partnership and the Head of Capital Market Activities for the Mazars group. He was appointed Secretary General of the Committee of European Securities Regulators (CESR)(note 1) in 2002 and held this position until 2008. In his role with CESR he contributed to the drafting and adoption of most of the EU directives in the securities sector. Prior to that he worked for eleven years in the French Securities Market Authority (AMF). A French attorney, Fabrice is a graduate in Law and Economics with a PhD in Political Sciences.

(Note 1) - CESR is the predecessor of the European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA). ESMA is one of the three European Supervisory Authorities (ESAs) set up within the European System of Financial Supervisors in 2011.
